Ingredients
- 3.5 lbs Stew Meat, or Beef cut into cubes
- 3 T SnS Onion Base, divided
- 2 T SnS Beef Flavored Base
- 4 C Hot Water
- 1 T Olive Oil
- 3 T Corn Starch
- Β½ C Water
Directions
- Season stew meat with 1 T SnS Onion Base.
- Set Pressure Cooker to saute, add 1 T Olive Oil. Brown Stew Meat.
- Mix 2 T SnS Onion base and 2 T SnS Beef Flavored Base with 4 C Hot Water. Pour over browned stew meat.
- Cover pressure cooker, set to pressure cook high for 35 minutes.
- Allow to naturally release pressure.
- Remove meat, turn pressure cooker back to saute and bring liquid to a boil.
- Make slurry by mixing corn starch and water in small bowl. Slowly whisk into boiling liquid until desired gravy consistency is achieved.
- Return meat to pressure cooker, stir together. Turn pressure cooker to warm.
- Server over mashed potatoes or pasta.
