Buffalo Chicken Ranch Pizza is a delicious and flavorful pizza variation that combines the tangy heat of Buffalo chicken with the cool and creamy taste of ranch dressing.
Ingredients

1 Low FODMAP Pizza Crust

6 - 8 oz Diced Cooked Chicken (or canned chicken)

1/4 cup Cold Water

2 T SnS Buffalo Marinade

1 - 2 cup Shredded Mozzarella Cheese

1/2 cup Hellmann's Mayonnaise
-
1/4 cup Lactose Free Milk (or Low FODMAP milk alternative)

2 tsp SnS Garlic Parmesan Seasoning
-
1 tsp SnS Supper Club Ranch Seasoning

Directions
Garlic Parmesan Ranch Dressing for Sauce
In a blending bottle, make the Pizza Sauce by mixing the mayo, lactose free milk, SnS Garlic Parmesan, & SnS Supper Club Ranch Seasoning and set aside.
If you don't have a blending bottle, you can use a bowl and whisk vigorously to mix.
Pizza
Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees if using a convection oven or 400 degrees for a conventional oven.
Mix the cold water with SnS Buffalo Marinade and let sit to thicken.
If using fresh chicken, cube chicken into bite size pieces and fry until done and add into the Buffalo Marinade and stir to coat evenly. If using canned chicken, add canned chicken to the Buffalo Marinade mixture and stir to coat evenly.
Spread the pizza sauce (ranch mixture) onto the crust. Approximately 1/4 Cup but it will depend on the size of the crust and if you like more sauce then add more.
Spread buffalo chicken mixture on the crust over the sauce layer.
Cover with mozzarella cheese.(add more or less to your preference)
Place pizza in the oven and cook until the cheese has melted and starts to brown, approximately 12 - 15 minutes.
Remove from oven, cut and enjoy!
