Ingredients

1 Red Cedar plank cut to appropriate size

2 Salmon Fillets

2 Tbsp Butter

1 Tbsp SnS Sweet Maple Dust Seasoning
Directions
Prepare plank by soaking it in water for at least 4 hours.
Arrange salmon fillets on cedar plank. Melt butter and brush on to salmon fillets. Then sprinkle Sweet Maple Dust on surface.
Place plank on preheated grill. The cedar plank will smolder and may flare up during the cooking. Keep a spray bottle with water handy to extinguish flames. Cook until salmon measured 135 degrees F.
