Deconstructed Baked Potatoes

Ingredients

  • 5 lbs Potatoes

  • 2 T Garlic Infused Olive Oil

  • 3-4 T Butter

  • 2 T SnS SmokeHouse

  • Sour Cream

  • Cooked, Chopped Bacon

  • Shredded Cheddar Cheese

  • Chives or Chopped Green Onions

  • Any other desired toppings

Directions

  1. Wash, peel (if desired), and cut potatoes into bite size pieces

  2. Place cut potatoes into Ninja Cooker, Electric Skillet, or frying pan, with Garlic Infused Olive Oil and Butter

  3. Cook on 300 degrees for 30 minutes or so in Ninja or Electric Skillet, or on medium heat on stove, until potatoes are done to desired tenderness, stirring often

  4. For best results to keep potatoes warm, change setting on Ninja or skillet to warm

  5. Serve, allowing each person to add their own toppings.
