Ingredients
- 2 lbsΒ Raw Shrimp
- 1 CupΒ Unsalted Butter
- 1 TbspΒ Dijon Mustard (make sure it is Low FODMAP)
- 1 TbspΒ Fresh Lemon Juice
- 1 TbspΒ Parsley
- 1 TbspΒ Essence of Garlic Salt
- 12 ozΒ Gluten Free Pasta
Directions
- Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
- Cook pasta according to directions. We like to use Barilla Linguine pasta. Cook it until al dente so the pasta doesn't get mushy.
- In medium sized oven safe pot melt butter over medium heat. Add in mustard, lemon juice, garlic salt, and parsley.
- Cook until butter is melted and then remove from heat and add the shrimp. (we prefer raw shrimp peeled and deveined with the tails removed)
- Bake shrimp in the oven 12 - 15 minutes until pink.
- Take the shrimp out of the oven, add the pasta and mix thoroughly. Enjoy!
