A Lemon Greek Pasta Salad is a refreshing and vibrant dish that combines the flavors of Mediterranean cuisine with the lightness of a pasta salad.

Ingredients

6 oz Gluten Free Pasta

1 cup Hellmann's Mayonnaise

2 tsp SnS Lemon Pepper Seasoning

2 tsp SnS Greek Seasoning

2 tsp White Vinegar
-
Veggies of your choice (such as carrots, peppers, cucumbers)

1/2 cup Freshly Shredded Parmesan Cheese
Directions
Cook pasta per directions on package (do not over cook or the salad will be mushy) Drain and rinse with cold water.
In a bowl combine the cooled pasta and the remaining ingredients. Mix well to make sure everything is blended together and evenly coated. Let sit in refrigerator for a few hours to allow flavors to meld. Store in refrigerator.
