Oven Roasted Chicken Thighs with Gravy

Ingredients
- 4 Large Bone In Skin on Chicken Thighs (you cannot use skinless or you cannot make the gravy)
- SnS Triple S All Purpose Seasoning
- ΒΌ Cup Lactose Free Sour Cream
Directions
- Preheat oven to 450 degrees
- Liberally coat chicken thighs with SnS Triple S All Purpose Seasoning
- Place chicken thighs on a low baking dish or cookie sheet (cover with parchment paper for easy cleanup)
- Bake in the oven until chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165 degrees
- Remove chicken from oven. Pour all the drippings from the pan into a sauce pan.
- Add ΒΌ cup sour cream and mix in to make gravy
- You can heat on the stove if you prefer your gravy hot.
- Pour gravy over chicken and enjoy!
