Ingredients

4 Large Bone In Skin on Chicken Thighs (you cannot use skinless or you cannot make the gravy)

SnS Triple S All Purpose Seasoning

ΒΌ Cup Lactose Free Sour Cream
Directions
Preheat oven to 450 degrees
Liberally coat chicken thighs with SnS Triple S All Purpose Seasoning
Place chicken thighs on a low baking dish or cookie sheet (cover with parchment paper for easy cleanup)
Bake in the oven until chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165 degrees
Remove chicken from oven. Pour all the drippings from the pan into a sauce pan.
Add ΒΌ cup sour cream and mix in to make gravy
You can heat on the stove if you prefer your gravy hot.
Pour gravy over chicken and enjoy!
Recipe Note
- Make sure to use bone in skin on chicken thighs or you won't have any drippings to make the gravy.
- Other seasonings can be used besides SnS Triple S but so far that on is our favorite.
