2 lbs Pork Belly

4 T SnS Triple S All Purpose Low FODMAP Seasoning

SnS Sweet n Sassy BBQ Sauce (Our Preference)

SnS Golden Hive BBQ Sauce

SnS Sweet Bourbon BBQ Sauce

Directions
Start smoker and get it up to 285 degrees F with your favorite wood.
Cut the pork belly into cubes. Coat with about half the SNS Triple S All Purpose Seasoning. Place on a rack in the smoker for 1 hour.
After an hour, place all the belly bombs in a disposable aluminum pan and cover tightly. Continue to cook on the smoker for another 1 hour or until the fat in the pork fat has rendered. This will be when the fat bursts in your mouth when you bite into it. Add barbecue sauce to the pan to coat all the belly bombs evenly and cook for another 15 minutes. Serve and enjoy the best appetizer you have!
