Southwest Ranch Pasta Salad

Ingredients

  • 12 oz box Gluten Free Pasts
  • 1 cup Hellmann's Mayo
  • 1/2 cup Lactose Free Sour Cream
  • 1 T SnS Taco Seasoning
  • 1/2 T SnS Supper Club Ranch Seasoning
  • 4 - 5 Green Onions
  • 1 Orange or Red Bell Pepper
  • 1 1/2 cup Shredded Cheddar

Directions

  1. Cook noodles per directions on package.
  2. While noodles are cooking, mix mayo, sour cream, Taco Seasoning & Supper Club Ranch Seasoning; set aside. Chop green onions & pepper, set aside.
  3. When noodles are done cooking, rinse in cold water to cool them down. Drain a few minutes.
  4. Put noodles in a bowl, add mayo mixture & vegetables, stir to combine. Stir in shredded cheddar cheese.
  5. Allow to sit in refrigerator 1-2 hours before serving. Refrigerate any leftovers.
