Southwest Ranch Pasta Salad

Ingredients
- 12 oz box Gluten Free Pasts
- 1 cup Hellmann's Mayo
- 1/2 cup Lactose Free Sour Cream
- 1 T SnS Taco Seasoning
- 1/2 T SnS Supper Club Ranch Seasoning
- 4 - 5 Green Onions
- 1 Orange or Red Bell Pepper
- 1 1/2 cup Shredded Cheddar
Directions
- Cook noodles per directions on package.
- While noodles are cooking, mix mayo, sour cream, Taco Seasoning & Supper Club Ranch Seasoning; set aside. Chop green onions & pepper, set aside.
- When noodles are done cooking, rinse in cold water to cool them down. Drain a few minutes.
- Put noodles in a bowl, add mayo mixture & vegetables, stir to combine. Stir in shredded cheddar cheese.
- Allow to sit in refrigerator 1-2 hours before serving. Refrigerate any leftovers.
