Ingredients
- 1 lbs to 1 1/2 lbs Chicken Breast
- 15 oz Can Tomato Sauce
- 2 - 3 Tbsp SnS Tikka Masala Seasoning
- 1 1/4 cup Lactose Free Half and Half
- 1 - 2 Tbsp Olive Oil
Directions
- Cut chicken into bite sized pieces and brown in olive oil. Tip, if you have garlic infused olive oil it really brings out the garlic flavor in the dish.
- Add tomato sauce and SnS Tikka Masala and simmer for 15 minutes.
- Add half 'n half and simmer for another 15 minutes.
- Serve over rice or pasta.
