Chicken Tikka Masala is a popular and flavorful dish that originated in the Indian subcontinent but has become widely popular worldwide. It is a classic example of fusion cuisine, combining elements of Indian and British culinary traditions.

Ingredients

1 lbs to 1 1/2 lbs Chicken Breast

15 oz Can Tomato Sauce
-
2 - 3 Tbsp SnS Tikka Masala Seasoning

1 1/4 cup Lactose Free Half and Half

1 - 2 Tbsp Olive Oil
Directions
Cut chicken into bite sized pieces and brown in olive oil. Tip, if you have garlic infused olive oil it really brings out the garlic flavor in the dish.
Add tomato sauce and SnS Tikka Masala and simmer for 15 minutes.
Add half 'n half and simmer for another 15 minutes.
Serve over rice or pasta.
