- 8 - 10 lb Thawed Turkey Breast
- SnS Triple S Low FODMAP All Purpose Seasoning
- SnS Golden Hive BBQ Sauce
- SnS Sweet Bourbon BBQ Sauce
- SnS Sweet n Sassy BBQ Sauce
Directions
- Preheat grill to 325-350 degrees F.
- Coat turkey breast with cooking spray or olive oil, covering all external areas. Sprinkle SNS Triple S on turkey breast, as much or as little as you would like for your taste.
- Place pan on grill. After 1 hour, check turkey breast for color. Once the color gets to a light to medium golden brown, (your preference) place turkey in disposable aluminum pan and tent turkey breast with aluminum foil, sealing tightly on pan.
- Check temperature every 30 minutes until internal temp reaches 165. Remove pan and turkey breast from grill, keep covered with aluminum foil, and let rest for 30 minutes. Approximate cooking time is 2-3 hours.
