- Long slices of Green Onion Greens cut on diagonal

Directions
- Gently mix meatball ingredients in a bowl. Form your meatballs. They can be bigger ones or smaller ones. Do not pack your meatballs tight so they remain tender.
- Place the meatballs on a foil lined cookie sheet.
- Bake for 10 - 20 minutes. This will fully be based on the size you make your meatballs. If you are unsure of doneness just split on open and check the center.
- While your meatballs bake whisk all sauce ingredients into a small bowl.
- Use a frying pan and heat a small amount of oil.
- Sauté your carrots until softened. Then add in your sliced peppers and sauté a minute.
- Pour the bowl of sauce ingredients into the frying pan and bring to a simmer.
- Once simmering add your cornstarch slurry and whisk. Let this simmer for a minute.
- Lastly add your Pineapple Chunks and Cooked Meatballs. Warm through. Add the Green Onion pieces to the top of your meatballs.
- Serve with your choice of sides.
