Ingredients

  • 1 Green pepper, diced
  • 1 Tbsp butter
  • 1 Low Fodmap sausage, cut into bite sized pieces
  • 1 1/2 cup Rice
  • 1 1/2 cup Water
  • 1 Tbsp Smoke n Sanity Cajun Creole Seasoning

Directions

  1. Place all ingredients in inner liner of Instant Pot (or any brand electric pressure cooker).
  2. Stir, cover & seal pressure cooker. Set to 8 minutes high pressure.
  3. Do a quick release. Stir, and enjoy!
