Ingredients
- 1 Green pepper, diced
- 1 Tbsp butter
- 1 Low Fodmap sausage, cut into bite sized pieces
- 1 1/2 cup Rice
- 1 1/2 cup Water
- 1 Tbsp Smoke n Sanity Cajun Creole Seasoning
Directions
- Place all ingredients in inner liner of Instant Pot (or any brand electric pressure cooker).
- Stir, cover & seal pressure cooker. Set to 8 minutes high pressure.
- Do a quick release. Stir, and enjoy!
