Ingredients

1 Green pepper, diced

1 Tbsp butter

1 Low Fodmap sausage, cut into bite sized pieces

1 1/2 cup Rice

1 1/2 cup Water
-
1 Tbsp Smoke n Sanity Cajun Creole Seasoning
Directions
Place all ingredients in inner liner of Instant Pot (or any brand electric pressure cooker).
Stir, cover & seal pressure cooker. Set to 8 minutes high pressure.
Do a quick release. Stir, and enjoy!
