Chicken Rice

Quick & easy rice that tastes better than the pre-seasoned rice in a box. Super quick to make with the use of a pressure cooker.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Rice, such as Basmati or Jasmine
  • 1 cup Water
  • 2 Tbsp Butter
  • 1 - 2 Tbsp SnS Chicken Base

Directions

  1. Place all ingredients in inner pot of electric pressure cooker. Stir.
  2. Place lid on pressure cooker & lock.
  3. Pressure cook high for 8 minutes. Allow to naturally release.
  4. Stir cooked rice & serve.
