Loaded Baked Potato Soup

Amazing loaded baked potato soup. This is yummy and perfect on a cool day.

Ingredients

  • 5 lbs potatoes peeled and cubed
  • 1/2 Cup Sour Cream
  • 1 Cup Unsalted Butter (2 sticks)
  • 1 Cup Extra Sharp Cheddar Cheese
  • Lactose Free Milk
  • 1 lb Bacon Crumbles
  • 1 lb Cubed Ham
  • 3 tbsp Chopped Green Onion
  • 2 tbsp SnS Vegetable Base
  • 4 - 6 tsp SnS SmokeHouse Seasoning
  • Instant mashed potatoes

Directions

  1. Boil cooked potatoes until fork tender
  2. Drain half the water, set 2 cups aside
  3. Add milk to cover the potatoes (you can add more if you want more soup)
  4. Mix the 2 cups of set aside potato water with 2 tbsp SnS Vegetable Base and add to potatoes
  5. Add in sour cream, butter, cheddar cheese, bacon, ham, chopped green onion
  6. Add in 4 - 6 tsp SnS SmokeHouse (add more or less to your taste)
  7. Cook until cheese is melted and flavors meld (20-30 minutes)
  8. Before serving add in instant mashed potatoes to thicken to your desired consistency.
  9. Enjoy!
