Broccoli Bacon Cheese Salad is a delightful and savory salad that combines the freshness of broccoli, the smokiness of bacon, and the richness of cheese, all brought together with a creamy dressing.

                      Ingredients
- 
1 cup Hellmann's Mayo 
- 
            
1 tsp Essence of Onion Salt 
- 
4 T White sugar 
- 
3 T White Vinegar 
- 
5 cup Chopped broccoli 
- 
8 slice cooked bacon 
- 
1 cup Shredded cheddar cheese 
Directions
- Mix Hellman's Mayo, Essence of Onion Salt, white sugar & white vinegar; set aside. 
- Place chopped broccoli, chopped cooked bacon and cheddar cheese in large bowl. 
- Add mayo mixture, mix well. 
- Cover & refrigerate at least 1 hour before serving to let flavors meld together.
