Ingredients
- 1 Red Cedar plank cut to appropriate size
- 2 Salmon Fillets
- 2 Tbsp Butter
- 1 Tbsp SnS Sweet Maple Dust Seasoning
Directions
- Prepare plank by soaking it in water for at least 4 hours.
- Arrange salmon fillets on cedar plank. Melt butter and brush on to salmon fillets. Then sprinkle Sweet Maple Dust on surface.
- Place plank on preheated grill. The cedar plank will smolder and may flare up during the cooking. Keep a spray bottle with water handy to extinguish flames. Cook until salmon measured 135 degrees F.
