Chicken Bacon Ranch Pizza

Chicken Bacon Ranch Pizza is a delicious and flavorful pizza variation that combines the cool and creamy taste of ranch dressing with bacon and chicken.

Ingredients

  • 1 Low FODMAP Pizza Crust
  • 6 -Β 8 ozΒ Diced Cooked Chicken (or canned chicken)
  • Β½ Cup Crumbled Bacon
  • 1 -Β 2 cupΒ Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
  • 1/2 cupΒ Hellmann's Mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cupΒ Lactose Free Milk (or Low FODMAP milk alternative)
  • 2 tspΒ SnS Garlic Parmesan Seasoning
  • 1 tspΒ SnS Supper Club Ranch Seasoning

Directions

  1. In a blending bottle, make the Pizza Sauce by mixing the mayo, lactose free milk, SnS Garlic Parmesan, & SnS Supper Club Ranch Seasoning and set aside.
  2. If you don't have a blending bottle, you can use a bowl and whisk vigorously to mix.
  3. Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees if using a convection oven or 400 degrees for a conventional oven.
  4. If using fresh chicken, cube chicken into bite size pieces and fry until done.
  5. Spread the pizza sauce (ranch mixture) onto the crust. Approximately 1/4 Cup but it will depend on the size of the crust and if you like more sauce then add more.
  6. Add the Chicken and bacon to the pizza.
  7. Cover with mozzarella cheese.(add more or less to your preference)
  8. Place pizza in the oven and cook until the cheese has melted and starts to brown, approximately 12 - 15 minutes.
  9. Remove from oven, cut and enjoy!
