Dairy Free Chicken Tikka Masala

Ingredients

  • 1 lbs to 1 1/2 lbs Chicken Breast
  • 15 oz Can Tomato Sauce
  • 2 - 3 Tbsp SnS Tikka Masala Seasoning
  • 1 1/2 cup Hot Water
  • 3 1/2 T SnS Cream Base
  • 1 - 2 Tbsp Olive Oil

Directions

  1. Cut chicken into bite sized pieces and brown in olive oil. Tip, if you have garlic infused olive oil it really brings out the garlic flavor in the dish.
  2. While the chicken is simmering in the tomato sauce add SnS Cream Base to hot water and let sit to thicken.
  3. Add tomato sauce and SnS Tikka Masala to the chicken and simmer for 15 minutes.
  4. Add SnS Cream Base mixture and simmer for another 15 minutes.
  5. Serve over rice or pasta.
