Ingredients
- 1 Cup Cooked Taco Meat (Beef, Turkey, Chicken)
- 2 Cups Boiling Water
- 1/2 Cup SnS Cream Base
- 1 1/2 tsp SnS Taco Seasoning
- 1/2 Cup Rotel Tomatoes with Green Chilis
- 1/4 Cup Canned Corn, drained
Directions
- Prepare taco meat per instructions on SnS Taco Seasoning.
- Place water in sauce pan. Add Cream Base to boiling water. Allow to thicken slightly.
- Add remaining ingredients, simmer until desired consistency & ingredients are warmed through. Add more Cream Base if needed for a thicker soup. Add water to thin if needed.
- Serve, top with your favorite taco toppings, such as shredded cheese, tortilla strips. avocado. Even a dash of Essence of Garlic Salt. Enjoy!
