Easy and delicious Enchilada Soup! Warm up with this Enchilada/Taco Soup. This comforting soup delivers all the bold flavors of enchiladas and tacos in a soothing, easy-to-digest bowl. Perfect for a cozy meal!

Ingredients

1 Cup Cooked Taco Meat (Beef, Turkey, Chicken)

2 Cups Boiling Water

1/2 Cup SnS Cream Base

1 1/2 tsp SnS Taco Seasoning

1/2 Cup Rotel Tomatoes with Green Chilis

1/4 Cup Canned Corn, drained
Directions
Prepare taco meat per instructions on SnS Taco Seasoning.
Place water in sauce pan. Add Cream Base to boiling water. Allow to thicken slightly.
Add remaining ingredients, simmer until desired consistency & ingredients are warmed through. Add more Cream Base if needed for a thicker soup. Add water to thin if needed.
Serve, top with your favorite taco toppings, such as shredded cheese, tortilla strips. avocado. Even a dash of Essence of Garlic Salt. Enjoy!
