Ingredients

  • 3 lb Pork Butt
  • 3 Tbsp SnS Triple S All Purpose Low FODMAP Seasoning
  • 2 Tbsp Brown Sugar
  • 2 Cups Low FODMAP Beef Broth with SnS Beef Flavored Base
  • 1 can Small Tomato Paste
  • 2 Tbsp Chives
  • 3 Tbsp Worchestershire Sauce
  • 1 Tbsp Cumin
  • Sns Sweet n Sassy BBQ Sauce
  • SnS Golden Hive BBQ Sauce
  • SnS Sweet Bourbon BBQ Sauce

Directions

  1. Cut pork butt into 6 pieces. Mix SNS Triple S and brown sugar, rub onto meat. SautΓ© in Instant Pot in 2 batches.
  2. Cancel sautΓ©. Add to pot beef broth, tomato paste, any leftover rub, chives, Worcestershire sauce and cumin.
  3. Cook on high 1 hour. Natural Release.
  4. Natural Release. Shred and enjoy!
