Ingredients
- 3 lbs Gold or Red Potatoes
- 1 C Cooked Bacon, Chopped (5-7 slices)
- 1 ½ C Shredded Cheddar Cheese
- 1 C Sour Cream
- ½ C Hellman’s Mayo
- 1-2 T SnS SPG or
- 1-2 T SnS SmokeHouse
- 3 Green Onions, Chopped
Directions
- Wash & cut potatoes into uniform bite size pieces. Boil in salted water until fork tender. Drain & cool.
- While potatoes are cooking, mix remaining ingredients to allow time for flavors to meld. Mix all together when potatoes are cool. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
