Loaded baked potato salad features tender potatoes tossed in a creamy dressing of sour cream and mayo, mixed with crispy bacon, cheddar cheese, and green onions. It’s garnished with extra toppings for a delicious, indulgent side dish perfect for any gathering.

Ingredients
3 lbs Gold or Red Potatoes
1 C Cooked Bacon, Chopped (5-7 slices)
1 ½ C Shredded Cheddar Cheese
1 C Sour Cream
½ C Hellman’s Mayo
1-2 T SnS SPG or
1-2 T SnS SmokeHouse
3 Green Onions, Chopped
Directions
Wash & cut potatoes into uniform bite size pieces. Boil in salted water until fork tender. Drain & cool.
While potatoes are cooking, mix remaining ingredients to allow time for flavors to meld. Mix all together when potatoes are cool. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
