Ingredients

2 lbs Frozen Hash Brown Potatoes

8 oz Velveeta Cheese

2 Cups Lactose Free Half n Half

1/2 Cup Butter

2 Tbsp Triple S Low FODMAP All Purpose Seasoning
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Place Frozen has brown potatoes into a greased 13 x 9 baking dish.
In a saucepan over medium heat, melt butter and cheese until it is smooth. Add cream and stir until blended. Add SnS Triple S seasoning and stir until mixed. Pour mixture over potatoes evenly. For even more flavor, sprinkle more Triple S lightly on the top.
Bake for 45 minutes covered with foil. Remove foil and bake another 15 minutes or until golden brown on top.
