SnS Triple S Jalapeno Chicken Casserole

A delicious casserole with chicken, cream cheese, SnS Triple S, and jalapenos sure to make any dinner better.

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts
  • 1 8 oz package of Cream Cheese
  • 1 Cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • 1 1/2 tsp SnS Triple S All Purpose Low FODMAP Seasoning
  • 1 Jalapeno
  • 7 Strips Cooked Bacon

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
  2. Wash jalapeno. Remove top & seeds, dice. Leave seeds for more heat. For less heat, soak diced jalapenos in water for about 15 minutes & drain.
  3. Mix together cream cheese, SnS Triple S, shredded cheddar cheese & jalapeno.
  4. Spray casserole dish with non-stick spray. Place chicken in casserole dish. Top with cream cheese mixture.
  5. Bake at 375 degrees for 45 minutes, or until chicken is cooked thoroughly. Top with chopped cooked bacon.
