SnS Triple S Jalapeno Chicken Casserole
A delicious casserole with chicken, cream cheese, SnS Triple S, and jalapenos sure to make any dinner better.

Ingredients
- 2 lbs Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts
- 1 8 oz package of Cream Cheese
- 1 Cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
- 1 1/2 tsp SnS Triple S All Purpose Low FODMAP Seasoning
- 1 Jalapeno
- 7 Strips Cooked Bacon
Directions
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
- Wash jalapeno. Remove top & seeds, dice. Leave seeds for more heat. For less heat, soak diced jalapenos in water for about 15 minutes & drain.
- Mix together cream cheese, SnS Triple S, shredded cheddar cheese & jalapeno.
- Spray casserole dish with non-stick spray. Place chicken in casserole dish. Top with cream cheese mixture.
- Bake at 375 degrees for 45 minutes, or until chicken is cooked thoroughly. Top with chopped cooked bacon.
