SnS Triple S Creamy Pasta Salad

A nice gluten free pasta salad on a warm summer day.

Ingredients

  • 6 oz Gluten Free Rigatoni Pasta
  • 3/4 Cup Hellmann's Mayo
  • 2 tsp Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp SnS Triple S Seasoning
  • Add Veggies of your choice (I prefer green and orange peppers)

Directions

  1. Cook pasta per directions on package. Drain, rinse with cold water.
  2. Mix together mayo, apple cider vinegar, and SnS Triple S seasoning. Toss with pasta in bowl.
  3. Stir in your optional add-in’s: Example, ΒΌ cup diced green pepper, ΒΌ cup diced orange pepper, and Β½ cup shredded cheese. Cover bowl, let chill for at least 2 hours before serving.
