Tuna Noodle Casserole that will bring you back to your favorite childhood meal!.

Ingredients

1 oz 12 Gluten Free Elbow Noodles, cooked
-
3 Dairy Free Cream Cheese
-
1 cup Boiling Water
-
1/2 cup SnS Cream Base
-
1 T SnS Chicken Base
-
1/4 cup Green Onion tops, chopped
-
1 can chopped Water Chestnuts
-
1/4 cup FODMAP friendly yellow mustard
-
1 can 6oz FODMAP friendly Tuna
-
Salt & Pepper to taste

Plain Potato Chips for topping
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Cook noodles per package directions & drain.
Mix Cream Base & Chicken Base with boiling water.
Mix noodles, soup base, and remaining ingredients (except for potato chips). Thin with lactose free milk if needed. Place mixture in oven safe casserole dish.
Top with plain potato chips.
Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Enjoy!
