Creamy white chicken chili. This recipe is perfect when it starts getting cold out or anytime you want a delicious, creamy chicken chili with a little kick.
Ingredients

1 pound Chicken Breast cubed 1/2" pieces

2 tsp Essence of Garlic Salt

1 T Garlic Infused Olive Oil

8 oz Gluten Free Rice & Potato Gnocchi quartered

14 oz Low FODMAP Chicken Broth
-
2 - 4 oz Cans Green Chilies
-
2 tsp Cumin
-
1 tsp Dried Oregano
-
1/2 tsp Black Pepper

1 cup Lactose Free Sour Cream
-
1/2 cup Lactose Free Half n Half
-
1/4 tsp Cayenne or Chipotle Pepper (optional)
Optional:
Directions
In a large saucepan, sauté chicken, Essence of Garlic Salt, and garlic infused olive oil until chicken is no longer pink.
Add the Gnocchi, broth, green chilies, and seasonings. Bring to a boil.
Reduce heat: simmer, uncovered, for 30 minutes.
Turn the heat to low, add sour cream and half n half. Stir until well mixed. Remove from heat and serve immediately.
