Zesty Oven Potatoes
Yummy potatoes baked until crunchy that will quickly become your go to for potatoes.

Ingredients
- 6 Large Yukon Gold Potatoes
- 2 T Garlic Infused Olive Oil
- 3 T SnS Triple S Low FODMAP All Purpose Seasoning
Directions
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
- Wash potatoes and cut into Β½β x Β½β cubes and put into a bowl. Add the olive oil and toss to coat evenly. Add the SnS Triple S and continue to toss to get everything evenly coated.
- Dump potatoes into a greased aluminum foiled cookie sheet and place in the oven.
- Flip potatoes every 10 - 12 minutes. Total cooking time will be about 45 minutes. Remove when they are as done as you preference.
