Zesty Oven Potatoes

Ingredients

  • 6 Large Yukon Gold Potatoes
  • 2 T Garlic Infused Olive Oil
  • 3 T SnS Triple S Low FODMAP All Purpose Seasoning

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
  2. Wash potatoes and cut into ½” x ½” cubes and put into a bowl. Add the olive oil and toss to coat evenly. Add the SnS Triple S and continue to toss to get everything evenly coated.
  3. Dump potatoes into a greased aluminum foiled cookie sheet and place in the oven.
  4. Flip potatoes every 10 - 12 minutes. Total cooking time will be about 45 minutes. Remove when they are as done as you preference.
