Quick, easy, flavorful pressure cooker rice.
***Please Note: This recipe is not Certified Low FODMAP. It may or may not contain FODMAPS. Please adjust the ingredients as needed to meet your dietary needs.

Ingredients

1 cup Uncooked rice (any flavor, NOT instant rice)

1 cup Water
-
2 T Butter
-
1/2 tsp SnS Triple S Low FODMAP All Purpose Seasoning

1/2 tsp Salt
Directions
Put all ingredients in pressure cooker inner pan, stir. Cover & set to seal.
Use Rice button if your pressure cooker has one, or pressure cook high for 8 minutes. Do a quick release, fluff rice with fork.
Can adjust amount of SnS Triple S to your liking.
Recipe can be doubled or tripled, depending on the size of your pressure cooker.
